  • 🏠 Objective নিয়ে আমরা এবার বিস্তারিত জানবো:
Objectives: সংজ্ঞা, টিপস এবং উদাহরণ
সংজ্ঞা ও বর্ণনা: objective হলো আপনার সম্পর্কে অতি-সংক্ষিপ্ত আকারে বর্ণনা, যার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিজের সম্পর্কে নিয়োগকর্তাকে বোঝাবেন যে, আপনি তার নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তির এই পোস্টের জন্য (যে পোস্টের জন্য আবেদন করছেন সেই পোস্ট)  বা কাজের জন্য সেরা প্রার্থী। যেহেতু objective সিভির প্রথম অংশে বা সবার উপরে থাকে, তাই এটি নিয়োগকর্তা উপর ইতিবাচক ধারণা তৈরির একটি উল্লেখযোগ্য অংশ।
কাজের Experience (অভিজ্ঞতা) অংশটি সবচেয়ে বেশি গুরত্ব বহণ করে, Experience এর পরেই objective এর গুরত্ব। 
তাই যারা নতুন বা Experience নেই, তাদের জন্য নিজের দক্ষতার প্রমাণ দেয়ার জন্য সবচেয়ে গুরত্বপূর্ণ অংশ হলো objective,
সকল নার্সেদেরই প্রায় একই শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা থাকে। তবে অনেকেই আছেন যাদের কাছে আরও বেশি কাজ বা শিক্ষাগত সনদ বা বিভিন্ন ট্রেনিং এর সনদ থাকতে পারে। যেটা আপনার নার্সিং পেশার সাথে জরিত এবং যা দ্বারা প্রমাণ হয় যে আপনি অন্যান্য স্বাধারণ নার্সদের চেয়ে একটু বেশিই এক্সপার্ট বা দক্ষ। তাই এই বিষয়টি অবশ্যই তুলে ধরবেন  objective এর মধ্যে এবং বুঝাবেন আপনি অন্যদের থেকে একটু বেশিই যোগ্য।
  • গুরত্ব: আপনার জীবনবৃত্তান্তের objective  হলো নিজের সম্পর্কে বড়াই করার যায়গা, যা পড়ে নিয়োগকর্তা বুঝবেন যে শতশত চাকরি প্রার্থীর মধ্যে আপনিই যোগ্য প্রার্থী।
আপনি কি কঠোর পরিশ্রমী? আপনি কি হাসি দিয়ে রোগীদের উৎসাহিত করার জন্য প্রস্তুত? আপনার এমন কি গুন রয়েছে যার জন্য অন্যদের বাদ দিয়ে আপনাকে নেয়া হবে? কীভাবে আপনি এই দক্ষতাগুলি আপনার পরবর্তী অবস্থানে ব্যবহার করার পরিকল্পনা করছেন? এই প্রশ্নগুলের উত্তরই একজন নিয়োগকর্তা আপনার objective এর মধ্যে খুজে থাকেন।

টিপস: সিভিতে objective হলো একটি ঝলক বা আভাস যা দ্বারা প্রার্থীর যোগ্যতা এবং দক্ষতার প্রকাশ পায়।এজন্য আপনি আত্মবিশ্বাসের সাথে স্পষ্টভাবে objective লিখবেন। নিচে কয়েকটি টিপস দেওয়া হলো:
  • যেই হাসপাতাল বা প্রতিষ্ঠানে আবেদন করছেন তার নাম উল্লেখ করে বলবেন, সেখানে আপনি জব করতে পারলে আপনার নিজের কি কি সুবিধা হবে কাজের ক্ষেত্রে, যে সুযোগ গুলোর কারণে আপনি অন্যদের থেকে ভালো দায়িত্ব পালন করতে পারবেন। 
  • আপনার objective দুটি বা তিনটি বাক্যের বেশি রাখবেন না।
  • আপনার দক্ষতা এবং পেশাদার লক্ষ্য বর্ণনা করার সহজবোধ্য কিন্তু তাৎপর্যপূর্ণ শব্দ ব্যবহার করুন। যার ফলে অল্প কথায় অনেক কিছু বুঝানো যাবে।
  • আপনি যে পদের বা কাজের জন্য আবেদন করছেন এবং বর্তমানে যে ধরণের রোগীদের সাথে আপনি কাজ করছেন তার তুলনা করুন।
  • আপনার অতিত অভিজ্ঞতা কিভাবে এই পদে কাজের ক্ষেত্রে সহায়ক হবে তা উল্লেখ করুন।
Objective লিখার জন্য নিচে কিছু সহজ Structure দেয়া হলো, যা থেকে সহজেই কিছুটা ধারণা পাবেন Objective লিখার জন্য।
  • “[strong descriptor + professional title] seeking a position at [organization] where they can expand [goals for working with organization] and use [relevant experience or any skills] to help patients.”
  • “[strong descriptor + professional title] seeking work as [desired position if different from title] for [organization]. Bringing with them [relevant experience, hard and/or soft skills].”
  • “[strong descriptor + professional title] with [relevant experience or any skills] seeking employment as a [desired position if different from title] at [organization].”
  • “To work as a [desired position if different from title] at [organization], providing [relevant experience or any skills].”

উপরে শর্ট শব্দ দিয়ে যা বুঝানো হয়েছে:
strong descriptor + professional titleযে পদে আবেদন করছেন তার বর্ণনা
organization-যে প্রতিষ্ঠানের জন্য Apply করছেন বা আগে যে  প্রতিষ্ঠানে জব করেছেন, বিবরণ অনুযায়ি ভিন্ন হবে, বুঝে লিখবেন, 
goals for working with organization-যে লক্ষে প্রতিষ্ঠানটিতে নিয়োগ দিচ্ছে
relevant experience or any skills- এই পদের সাথে মিল রেখে আপনার কি অভিজঞতা  বা যোগ্যতা আছে তা যুক্ত করুন

নিচে কিছু Objective এর উদাহরণ (Example) তুলে ধরা হলো:

যারা নতুন তাদের জন্য Example নিম্নরূপ:
Entry-level বা  recently-graduated নার্স  যাদের দু'বছরের কম নার্সিংয়ের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা রয়েছে তাদের প্রাথমিক লক্ষ্য হলো ক্যারিয়ারের experience বৃদ্ধি করা, তাই তাদেরকে academic education এবং skills এর উপর টার্গেট করে Objective লিখতে হবে।
  1. Applying for the post of Registered Nurse, with good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently deal with all manner of people and levels of professionals in a health management organization.
  2. Fresh but enthusiastic Registered Nurse graduate with calm disposition, great crisis management skills, proven knowledge and expertise in quality health care service seeking employment as a RN.
  3. Thoughtful and caring registered nurse seeks a position working with special needs children at insert organization. Utilizing an extensive educational background and internships to best help those who need it most.
  4. To obtain a registered nurse position at insert organization, which will create opportunities to expand practical experience and knowledge, while at the same time providing quality healthcare and discharging duties effectively.
  5. Fresh but enthusiastic registered nurse with calm demeanor, great crisis management skills and proven expertise in health care protocols seeking employment as a RN at insert organization.
  6. Energetic nursing professional seeking a position at insert organization. Devoted to the public’s access to healthcare and demonstrates this by bringing knowledge, attention to detail and a caring smile to all patients.”
  7. To obtain the position of clinical practice assistance at insert organization. Looking to utilize writing and research skills to produce significant results
  8. Applying for the position of registered nurse in a private hospital like insert organization, where utilization of skills and knowledge in providing quality healthcare services will be a personal daily goal.
  9. Seeking registered nurse position with insert organization that utilizes an extensive knowledge of clinical protocol, deductive reasoning, oral communication and team coordination.
  10. Seeking a position as registered nurse at insert organization, where top-notch educational and training achievements can be properly utilized, in addition to their interpersonal skills, to provide quality healthcare to all patients.

মধ্যবর্তীদের জন্য Example:
মধ্যবর্তী স্তরের নার্সিংয়ের বা দুই থেকে চার বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা রয়েছে যাদের তাদের নার্সিং ক্যারিয়ারের এই মুহুর্তে,  এমন একটি অবস্থান খুঁজতে হবে যেখানে আপনি সাফল্য অর্জন করতে পারেন, চ্যালেঞ্জ গ্রহণ করতে পারবেন , জ্ঞান বিকাশ বা গবেষণার কাজে অংশ নিতে পারবেন এমন একটি হাসপাতাল বা প্রতিষ্ঠানে জব খুজবেন বা খুজছেন এমন একটি ভাব প্রকাশ করবেন আপনার Objective এর মধ্যে।
  1. Seeking a position as Registered Nurse in a health care facility where top notch educational and training achievements can be put to use in addition to interpersonal skills, to provide quality healthcare to patients.
  2. Compassionate and hard-working nurse looking for a position in insert organization hospital. Eager to utilize their experience working in high-stress situations, specifically in the emergency room as well as in other fields.Patient-focused and empathetic registered nurse seeking a position within insert organization medical practice. Bringing with them experience, care and extensive knowledge to help improve the lives of their patients.
  3. To obtain a Registered Nurse position, which will create opportunities to expand practical experience at the same time provide quality healthcare and discharge duties effectively.
  4. Obtain a position as a registered nurse with insert organization that will utilize existing knowledge in post-operative care, patient education and case management, as well as challenge them to continue to develop, learn and grow.

সিনিয়রদের জন্য Example:
সিনিয়র স্তরের নার্স বা নার্সিংয়ে পাঁচ থেকে দশ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা রয়েছে যাদের তারা administrative (প্রশাসনিক) বা management (পরিচালনা) পদে আপনার দক্ষতা ও অভিজ্ঞতার ব্যাবহার করে practice করবেন বা করতে চাচ্ছেন বা খুজছেন এমন ভাব প্রকাশ করবেন।
  1. To work as a Nurse in position of administrator in a hospital, providing quality support to other professionals such as doctors and surgeons in giving high quality healthcare service to the public.
  2. Eager to use administrative skills and detail-orientation for a nursing management position at insert organization. Hoping to aid this medical practice by helping build effective healthcare protocols and programs for all patients.
  3. Looking to get the position of a Nurse in a private practice, offering excellent clinical expertise in a health care facility that appreciates dedication, motivation, and enthusiasm for patient care.
  4. Established and experienced nursing professional looking for an opportunity to teach nurses, both new and future, as well as offer effective and comprehensive healthcare to patients in a large teaching hospital, like insert organization.
  5. Proactive individual seeks position as registered nurse manager with insert organization that will enable career advancement through the use of skills in psychological assessment, research and unit coordination.
