- YPSA (Young Power in Social Action)
is an organization for sustainable development working in greater Chattogram division including Chattogram Hill Tracts (CHT) since 1985 (International Youth Year). YPSA is going to implement project at Ukhiya, Cox`s Bazar forCamp-19 and Host community titled "Integrated Humanitarian Response to the Needs of Older Men and Women" which is supported by HelpAge International, Bangladesh. - Duration:Initially 06 months (high possibility for further extension)
চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ
- Responsible to follow Organizational Vision and Mission
- Responsible to follow Organizational Gender, Child and Protection Policy
- Responsible to follow Organizational Safeguarding, Fraud & bribery Policy
- Responsible to follow Organizational Code of conduct regarding Older People (OP)
- Communicate with other Health service providers to aware them about Older People (OP) health services
- Maintain effective liaison and coordination among other health service providers for better referral services
- Screening of new patients through AFS based, Outreach and Home based services
- Ensure dignity, safety and confidentiality of the patient
- Respond to emergency call from the community
- Prescribe WHO standard medicine for patients
- Ensure and maintain quality follow up of patients
- Identify severely ill and torture victim patient's and refer them to Medical Officer (MO)
- Refer traumatized patients to Medical Officer (MO) to ensure MHPSS at AFS
- Refer tortured patients to Medical Officer (MO) to ensure physiotherapeutic support at AFS
- Operate Outpost service in the community
- Ensure daily digital data entry and maintain patient's register
- Provide weekly situation report to Project Officer
- Perform other related duties as required

- 4 years' diploma from Medical Assistant Training School (MATS)
অভিজ্ঞতা
- সর্বনিম্ন ১ বছর

- At least 1 year, Good academic result/Fresher are also encouraged to apply
- Capacity in counseling and leadership
- Has analytical and problem solving skills
- Report writing and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bangla
- Proficient in Computer Operations, MS Office Application including typing preferably in English and Bengali both E-mail & Internet.
